Art Exhibition: Women Under the Influence at ArtUp June 5-28

MARGARETVILLE — Join us in celebrating the Catskill Art Circle’s exhibition, Women Under the Influence at ArtUp Gallery at 746 Main St., Binnekill Square, Margaretville from June 5-28 

The opening reception is Friday June 5 from 4 to 7 p.m.

Artists Beth Caspar, Cena Pohl Crane, Robin Factor, Gail Freund, Patrice Lorenz, Amy Masters, Mary McFerran, Sheila McManus, and GG Stankiewicz present work that is distinctly individual while reflecting the shared influences and insights that have emerged through the group’s monthly discussions of historical and contemporary artists — and of one another’s work.

On June 14 at 2 p.m., the community is also invited to attend a panel discussion moderated by Patricia Wadsley, where the artists will talk more deeply about their creative processes, inspirations, and the ideas behind the exhibition.
