Delaware County Public Health Launches CredibleMind - a Free Mental Health and Wellbeing Resource
DELHI – Delaware County Public Health is excited to announce the launch of CredibleMind – a free online mental health and wellbeing platform now available in Delaware County. In collaboration with Delaware County Behavioral Health, Delaware Valley Hospital, Margaretville Hospital, and O’Connor Hospital, CredibleMind aims to support the mental health needs of individuals ages 13 and older.
CredibleMind gives you access to hundreds of expert-vetted mental health resources, including videos, podcasts, apps, books, and articles, along with personalized self-assessments to explore your wellbeing. You’ll find resources available in English, Spanish, and Yiddish across more than 100 mental health topics, including anxiety and depression, suicide prevention, substance use, addiction and recovery, stress, and healthy social media use.
Free, confidential, and available 24/7 on any device, the platform allows users to create an account to view past assessment results, track progress over time, save favorite resources, and receive personalized recommendations by email. Creating an account is optional.
Anyone who creates a free account and completes the Mental Health Check-In assessment before Saturday, August 22 will be entered in a drawing to win a $100 gift card sponsored by CredibleMind.
