MIDDLEBURGH - Community band concerts returned to the Village of Middleburgh earlier this month and the weather was perfect for the concert on Friday night. The concerts are sponsored by the Joint Recreation Commission. The last concert of the season will be Friday at 8pm on the high school lawn.

MIDDLEBURGH - It was a perfect evening for the Fourth Friday fun in Middleburgh last week. There was music, food, pop corn, and much more.

All lined up and making their way to the starting line. When the green flag drops, they don't stay like this for long.

The band started on time as the spectators continued to bring in the lawn chairs and the perfect spot to sit. The weather is nice and comfortable. CPI will continue its Thursday music in the park series.

NORTH BLENHEIM - It was a perfect day for an antique car show at the New York Power Authority's Visitor's Center in North Blenheim Sunday. There was not a chance of rain, it was warm but not hot, and the cars and trucks filled the beautiful lush fields of the complex. The show, the 55th for the Schoharie Valley Region Antique Automobile Club of America, was one of the most attended with more than 125 vehicles and hundreds of visitors.

MIDDLEBURGH - It was a red, white, and blue Friday in Middleburgh as America's 250th was marked with a parade, speeches, music, food, and much more. The weather was perfect, hot with clear blue skies for a full day of activities throughout the village. Highlights included a parade down Main Street, the Marge and Randy Becker Award for 2026, speeches at the pavilion on Baker Avenue, music under the pavilion, and more.

“Remember the Ladies” – A Revolutionary Tea Party was held Friday, July 3rd at the Daughters of the American Revolution Lasell Hall in Schoharie.
