The Schoharie County Conservation Association awarded their sixth annual Lifetime Hunting/Fishing license for a youth under seventeen. This year's winner is five year old Rowan Hale of Howes Cave. Rowan is the grandson of SCCA Vice President Doug Handy. Mike Zeh, SCCA Treasurer, Stefanie Hale, Rowan Hale, and Doug Handy, SCCA VP.
