There was a great turnout Friday night for the opening reception of Middleburgh Library’s 5x5 Art show and sale, held during Miracle on Main Street. The exhibition will remain open through the end of the month. Stop in during regular library hours to see an interesting array of paintings, prints, collages, art inspired by local folklore and history, photo montages, handmade jewelry, crafts, and photographs – all created and donated by local artists, creatives, makers and crafters. Many are still available for a $10 suggested donation to the library. Little pieces of art make great little stocking stuffers.
