Casey Jakubowski, PhD spoke to the crowd at the Delaware County Historical Association on Saturday exploring the history of the state's policy toward one-room schoolhouses and later small centralized schools, with a Delaware County focus. Dr. Jakubowski has authored seven books, with multiple references and examples from New York's Leatherstocking Region.
