COBLESKILL - The Village of Cobleskill is still deciding how to manage its water district, especially in light of the recent plan for its expansion. At its May meeting, questions arose about the continuation of charging 1.5 times the rates for out of Village residents in the water district, which is opposed by Mayor Galasso.
