Following the investigation into the fatal accident on SR 9W on 9/24/22 that resulted in the death of Danielle McKenna, 41, of Cairo, NY, the Greene County Sheriff’s Office has charged John G. Peterson, 35, of Coxsackie, NY, with one count of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide (a class B Felony), along with Felony DWI, Felony DWAI Drugs, reckless driving, and several vehicle and traffic law violations. He was arraigned in the Town of Catskill court on 10/25/22 and remanded to the Greene County Jail with $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond. Peterson is due back to court on a later date.
