HARPERSFIELD - The Delaware County Department of Public Works will be closing CR 29 in the Town of Harpersfield to through traffic at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, September 30th, to replace a failing culvert pipe.  The closure will be between Quaker Hill Road and Streeter Hill Road, approximately 3,368 feet east of Quaker Hill Road.  The road will be opened by the end of the day.  

The traveling public should use alternate routes.
