RICHMONDVILLE - Drivers had to avoid West Richmondville Road Saturday night and Sunday as another downed tree blocked the road. It was the second tree down on the road in 10 days. The latest tree to fall across the road blocked the road entirely and was on the cable lines, but residents still had power.
