Come and celebrate 250 years of Independence in the Hamlet of Gallupville on Saturday, September 19. The town presents a day of activities, food, and music, free and open to the public!

10:00: Historic Flag Ceremony with 3rd Tyron militia, Town Hall
10:00 – 5:00: Drink vendor (Boy Scouts) @ Lutheran Church
10:00 – 5:00: Antique engine/farm equipment display, front of town hall, Mohawk Antique Engine Association
11:00 – 12:00: Gallupville Revolutionary War lectures, presented by the town historian, Schoharie Historical Society and the Gallupville House Association: “The Hessians are Coming! - How Hessian Troops Invaded the Town of Wright” by Mark Stolzenburg, and "The July 26, 1782 Raid on the Fox Creek" by Jim Wolford.
10:00 – 4:00: Community Games, presented by the Schoharie Youth Bureau
10:00 – 3:00: Historic Re-enactors 3rd Tyron militia Town Wide/Town Park
12:00 – 3:00: Food truck food vendors, Factory Street
12:00 – 6:00: Music Festival Town Park, presenting North Slope and Red Wagon
2:30 – 3:00: Parade (antique farm equipment) Hamlet (between changes of bands)

This party is supported by the Town Board of the Town of Wright, the Gallupville House Association, the Gallupville Fire Department, the Gallupville Evangelical Lutheran Church, the Gallupville Methodist Church, and the Schoharie Historical Association.
Parking is available at the Gallupville House, at the Evangelical Lutheran Church, and on parts of School Street in the hamlet. Parking is also available on Abrams Road and the bottom of Picket Hill (come down to the hamlet from Richard Hill).
