COBLESKILL — Helios Care will hold a free adult grief support group from 10 to 11:30 a.m. July 22 at the United Methodist Church, 107 Chapel St.

The monthly drop-in group is open to all community members age 18 and older. No registration is required.

Staff members trained in grief and loss will facilitate the group, providing a safe and confidential setting for participants to better understand the grieving process, work through strong emotions and learn from others who have experienced loss.
