MIDDLEBURGH - To celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Middleburgh Little League, a two-part event will be held on Saturday, August 15th.

The first part will be held from 10am to 1pm at the league's field on Cliffside Drive.

The celebration, titled as A Legacy of Teamwork, A Future of Champions, will include a base running derby, fastest pitch, face painting, a William McCabe Dedication, a closing ceremony, a 75th anniversary drone photo, and a petting zoo. Hardscrabble Coffee will be serving beverages. Yard sale spaces are available for anyone looking to sell their items.

The second part of the day, from 1 to 5pm, will be held at Timothy Murphy Park on Route 30, and include food, ice cream, beverages, and a car show.

Food and beverages from Trailhead Food Truck, Grill N Cheese, the The Ice Burgh, Back Barn Brewing, Upstate Sip Labs featuring non-alcoholic beverages.

Vendor spaces are still available by donation.

"This celebration is all about honoring the generations of players, coaches, families, volunteers, and supporters who have made Middleburgh Little League what it is today. Come reconnect with old friends, make new memories, and help us celebrate 75 amazing years of baseball, softball, and community."
