MIDDLEBURGH - Middleburgh has a new Town Board tonight. Incumbent Councilman Mike Wilkens was selected for another term while newcomer John Youmans won a term on the Council. Town Historian Charley Spickerman and former Supervisor Jim Buzon did not win.
