MIDDLEBURGH – The Rheta Allen + Company is officially open for business at 335 Main Street in the Village of Middleburgh.

Welcomed with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday morning by Mayor Timothy Knight, Jaylene Rheta and her daughter Kinsley formally cut the ribbon on opening the storefront, which serves as the home base for the event planning and design company.
