LEGAL NOTICE 

Pursuant to Section 359 of the County Law, the maximum salaries that may be fixed and payable during said fiscal year to members of the Board of Supervisors and the Chairman thereof, respectively, are hereby specified as follows:

18 members of the Board of Supervisors (each) $15,151

1 Chairman of the Board of Supervisors $69,550

This legal notice reflects the increase in salaries consistent with the 2023-2027 CSEA, Local 1000 AFSCME, AFL-CIO tentative agreement.
