SCHOHARIE - Schoharie County declared a state of emergency at 3pm today due to "intense snowfall causing roadways to be impassible." Mike Hartzel acted as head of the Office of Emergency Services to enact the order. The County recommends that no one travel on roads in the county unless necessary.
