On 12/2/16 the Sheriff's Office received a complaint of suspicious activity in the village of Middleburg.
Following a traffic stop Deputies arrested Gerard Roldan, age 24 of Cobleskill for Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree (Heroin) and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Subject was issued appearance tickets to appear in Middleburg Town Court on 12//21/16.

On 12/3/16 the Sheriff's Office arrested Denilee Dedek, age 45 of Worcester for Driving While Intoxicated and vehicle and traffic violations following a traffic stop on Route 145 in the Town of Middleburg. Subject was released to appear in Town Court on 12/21/16.

On 12/1/16 the Sheriff's Office arrested Shiloh Allen, age 32 of Delanson on a Family Court  warrant for Failure to Appear in Court. Subject was arraigned in Family Court and committed to jail in lieu of $750 bail
