The SUNY Cobleskill Athletic Department announced today that senior Ethan Straub, Oswego, N.Y., Hannibal High School/Jefferson Community College, a member of the men’s golf team has been named the program’s Fighting Tiger Athlete-of-the-Week for the week ending May 1. 

Battling the elements and course conditions Straub posted a round of 12-over par 82 to finish ninth overall in a field of 39-players on Monday at the 2022 Mount Saint Mary’s College Invitational hosted by the Mount Saint Mary’s College at the par 70/619-yard Powelton Country Club in Newburgh, N.Y. to close out the year.
