SCHOHARIE — Local business owners will have an opportunity to help shape new artificial intelligence tools during the Tech Roadshow from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday, July 27, at 287 Main St. in Schoharie.

The free, interactive session is being presented by SEEC and researchers from the University at Albany’s Office of Economic Development, Entrepreneurship and Industry Partnerships.

Organizers said the program is intended to incorporate the experiences of rural business owners into the development of practical technology. Participants will discuss the factors driving sales, the challenges rural businesses face and the types of digital tools that could save business owners time.

The session will also examine how artificial intelligence could assist with marketing, customer outreach, business growth and other everyday decisions.

Business owners and other participants will be invited to share their experiences and identify problems that future AI tools could help solve.
