ESPERANCE — The days are getting longer and the temperatures are getting warmer. Must be time for the 2026 Landis Arboretum Spring Plant Sale on Lape Road next month.

The Arboretum is looking for volunteers to help during the plant sale for the following jobs: Bake Sale table, writing sales slips, checking inventory, and helping to make lunch for volunteers.

The times volunteers are needed are as follows:

Friday 5/15 for the member’s only Pick of the Pots Sale (POPS), 4-6 pm

Saturday 5/16 9:30 am - 4 pm (all or part)

Sunday 5/17 9:30 am - 4 pm (all or part)

The tasks are easy and you can work in a standing or sitting job. Free lunch is also provided for volunteers.
