WINDHAM — If you have been in a coffee shop around Windham, you may have seen Keeley Kincaid's Windham, NY Coloring Book lying around. Kincaid, who splits her time between New York City and the Catskills, created the coloring book to celebrate the area's beauty and charm. The all-ages book includes 75 black-and-white pages "inspired by village life, mountain adventures, seasonal beauty, and cozy country moments. From snow-covered trees and scenic overlooks to wildlife, festivals, and forest paths," ready for whatever splash of color one might prefer. 

Kincaid has been a prolific creator of coloring books, with more than thirty to her name, but Windham is unique as the only one of her creations named for a specific local connection. Published in 2025, the book includes images of ski lifts, the Windham Farmer's Market, and the Welcome to Windham sign. "My work is inspired by my life and the places I've been – from the Catskills and the Hamptons to Europe and beyond," writes Kincaid in her bio. "I hope my coloring books bring a little more joy into your day. I create books for all ages with the goal of inspiring creativity, relaxation, and connection." Some of Kincaid's other work includes Sunflowers: A Coloring Book, Jurassic Giants: Dinosaur Coloring Book, and Capy Cuties: Bold and Easy Capybara Coloring Fun. Her latest is also her first children's picture book, with illustrations by Meharum Nesa Era. Pumpkin the Cat - Alley Cat to City Kitty is the "touching story of Pumpkin's adventures from a stray to a cherished family pet," exploring "themes of pet loss and the importance of providing a home."
