Pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure and sale entered in the Schoharie County Clerk's Office on August 28, 2026, I, the undersigned, the Referee named in the judgment, will sell at public auction at the Schoharie County Courthouse, Main Entrance, 290 Main Street, Schoharie, New York 12157, on November 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., the premises directed by the judgment to be sold, which are described in Schedule A (Description) attached hereto. The premises are known as 117 G Westinghouse Road, Howes Caves, New York 12092.

ALL THAT CERTAIN PIECE OF PARCEL OF LAND, lying situate in the Town of Schoharie, County of Schoharie and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:

 

BEGINNING at an iron pin marking the northwest corner of the lands acquired by John and Marion Handy from Wilson (Book 333 at Page 261), and also being the northwest corner of lands conveyed herein, and thence in a general easterly direction along the Handy-Miller division line for a distance of 247 feet, more or less, to an iron pin marking the northeast corner of lands acquired by John and Marion Handy from Sidney (Book 368 at Page 908); thence in a general southerly direction along the Miller division line and along Westinghouse Lane Road for a distance of 180 feet, more or less, to a point; thence in a general westerly direction for a distance of 322 feet, more or less, to the Hurley division line and thence in a northerly direction along the Hurley division line for a distance of 180 feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning, containing one acre of land, more or less.
