Stone House Farm is a diversified Sharon Springs farm with dairy cows, beef cattle, hay and grain crops, and a 5,000-tap maple operation. During maple season, The Sap House at Stone House Farm opens for pancake and waffle breakfasts featuring the farm's maple products.

The farm is a Schoharie County destination for maple syrup, maple cream, maple sugar, cotton candy, farm products, and seasonal farm breakfast visits.
