About
Opened in 2026 in the former Green Wolf Brewing space, Yellow Dog quickly became part of the village's Main Street social scene. The tavern combines the comfortable atmosphere of a hometown gathering place with a menu centered on familiar pub favorites, including wings, burgers, sandwiches, pretzels, onion rings and other casual fare.
Guests can settle in for a meal, meet friends for a drink, catch a game or simply stop by while exploring Middleburgh. The tavern offers beer and other beverages alongside its food menu, with both dine-in and takeout available.
And then there's Penny. She's the very friendly yellow dog who helped give the tavern its name and has become something of a local personality herself. Drop in and have a seat at a table and she'll be more than likely to come visit you.
