The Black Cat Cafe & Bakery in Sharon Springs was founded in 2005 and has become a mainstay of historic Main Street. Black Cat offers high quality, innovative food (made with local and organic ingredients whenever possible) exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere.
Black Cat produces many products including baked goods, balsamic drizzles, spice blends, and artisanal confections. They also offer a selection of books and apparel.
