The Cobleskill Agricultural Society is home to the Schoharie County Sunshine Fair, held at the fairgrounds on Sunshine Drive in Cobleskill. The fair brings together agricultural exhibits, entertainment, food, contests, vendors, and family activities as one of the county's signature annual traditions.
Beyond fair week, the society and fairgrounds remain an important part of Schoharie County's agricultural and civic life, supporting events and programs that keep local farm and community traditions visible.

Published fair office hours are Monday - Thursday, 10:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
