Delaware County Court is part of the New York State Unified Court System and handles county-level court matters in Delhi. County Court is held all day on Tuesdays, and on Wednesday mornings. Motions are to be returnable at 9:00 a.m. - All matters will be treated as submitted matters. If the court requests oral argument, you will be notified. These matters may be criminal or civil matters under $25,000.00 in value.
