Bespoke Mountain Lodge in the Heart of the Catskills
Scribner’s Catskill Lodge was founded to welcome a new generation of urban explorers to the beautiful year-round destination of the Catskills. With thoughtful design, friendly service, and delicious food and drinks, the Lodge is the perfect basecamp for your escape to the outdoors. The Rounds, located further up the mountain behind the main Lodge, feature 11 luxury cabins which include an oculus for stargazing, outdoor soaking tubs, and decks with 360-degree views. In addition to our accommodations at the Lodge and the Rounds, we offer a locally-inspired restaurant, Prospect, multiple indoor and outdoor event spaces, and over 20 acres of mountainside to explore.
Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

With thoughtful design, friendly service, and delicious food and drinks, the 38-room Lodge is the perfect basecamp for your escape to the outdoors. The Rounds, located further up the mountain behind the main Lodge, feature 11 luxury cabins. Roughly a quarter of a mile drive, or about a 10-minute walk, from the Lodge, these uniquely designed cabins include an oculus for stargazing, outdoor soaking tubs, and decks with 360-degree views.

Prospect Restaurant & Bar
Since 2016, Prospect Restaurant and Bar has set the standard for dining in The Catskills. Serving New American fare with a focus on local purveyors, casual yet knowledgeable service, and produce from our on-property garden. Join us for one of our carefully curated cocktails, wine, or beer and take in the panoramic mountain views, meander in the Prospect Garden or settle in the Westport chairs at the fire pit. Open to outside guests for Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch, and Dinner.

Prospect Restaurant offers a variety of distinctive spaces for private events and gatherings. The Private Dining Room boasts floor- to-ceiling windows with a breathtaking view of the Catskill mountains, while the Whiskey Lounge offers a cozy, intimate setting with a fireplace, leather club chairs, and vintage decor that evokes the 1960s. Our expansive Deck captures panoramic views of the mountains and is furnished with Westport chairs and a fire pit, creating the perfect ambiance for memorable events.
