Shaul Farms is the oldest and largest fresh market and farm in Fultonham, New York. We have been selling homegrown and fresh-picked produce since 1934. The Shaul Farm Road Stand is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm.

Our fields are beginning to fill with an amazing bounty of flavor filled produce. Take a leisurely summer drive deep into the Schoharie Valley to find a tremendous variety of farm fresh produce.
In 1934 Grandpa Shaul started growing and selling vegetables to pay for college. For over 80 years this tradition of serving the surrounding area with fine vegetables continues. The Valley, as the area is often called, is rich with history and fertile land. Our land allows us to produce some of the finest flavors. We remain dedicated to feeding our community. We only sell produce, fruit and seasonings that we would serve at our family tables.
