Wayside Cider is an Andes farm cidery, bar, kitchen, and gathering place built around Catskill apples, local food, and community events. Its cider program highlights wild apples from the Catskills, pressed and made on site, while the kitchen emphasizes ingredients from nearby farms and producers.

Wayside also hosts live music, food and craft events, festivals, private events, and informal gatherings, making it a destination for both local residents and visitors spending time in Delaware County.
