The Farm & Brewery Experience

Our beers are Inspired by tradition, but our impulse for innovation is always present. We value quality at any expense, always sourcing the best possible ingredients to match a wide range of beer styles. From NY ingredient farm beers, estate-driven beers (from our own farm), or ingredients from across the globe. The quality of the final product, paired with our curiosity to experiment is paramount and drives our pursuit of the craft.

Our brewery is situated on 65 acres of rolling farmland in the scenic Schoharie Valley of upstate NY. We invite you to visit our taproom; a refurbished 1800s hop house with a variety of rotating beers always on draft. We offer a large outdoor space where we hold weekend concerts, monthly summer farmers markets, and numerous unique events. The farm specializes in beekeeping and fruit production, and patrons enjoy themselves among our roaming gang of chickens and pets in a family-friendly atmosphere.

Wayward Lane Brewing is an independent brewery & taproom owned and operated by a group of friends who love beer, farming, and the community it creates. Nestled on 65 acres in the rolling hills of the Schoharie valley of Upstate New York, our mission is to embody the farm to bottle movement by crafting high quality beers that capture the essence of the land using locally sourced ingredients, many of which we produce on this very farm!

The Dumpling Wagon

Now a permanent fixture here at Wayward Lane. The menu features a multitude of different pan fried dumplings, along with salads, scallion pancakes, and rotating specials. the dumpling Wagon will be operating every weekend Thurs-Sun. We may also have other food trucks, see our calendar for our full event & food truck schedule.
