DELHI — Sheriff Craig S. DuMond announced the arrest of 41-year-old Jessie Kilian  of Hancock. 

On Tuesday, April 9th, 2024, Criminal Investigation Division received a complaint from Delaware County Probation Department where Kilian was found to be unlawfully in possession of a controlled substance. 

On the afternoon of April 9th, members of the Criminal Investigations Division subsequently charged and arrested Kilian with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor in NYS Penal Law. Kilian was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Delhi Court at a later date to answer this charge.
