Kortright Man Arrested Following Trespass Complaint

Kortright – Today, Sheriff Craig S. DuMond announced that a Kortright man was arrested following an investigation into a Trespass Complaint complaint that occurred in the Town of Kortright. 

On March 22nd, Delaware County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a Trespass complaint in the Town of Kortright. Investigation conducted by Deputies revealed that 61-year-old Michael Donahue, of Kortright, had knowingly entered onto his neighbor’s property and remained unlawfully on the property.

Upon completion of the investigation, Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested and charged Donahue with one count of Trespass, a Violation in the New York State Penal Law. Donahue was also issued with an Order of Protection, protecting the victim from Donahue.   

Donahue was issued a Criminal Summons and was directed to appear in the Town of Kortright Court on a later date to answer the charges.
