RICHMONDVILLE - On October 29, 2016 the Schoharie County Sheriff's Office arrested a Richmondville woman on charges of Stalking in the 4th degree. The suspect, Jodi A. Bell was taken into custody following an investigation.
She was arraigned in Cobleskill Town court and released to appear in Richmondville Town Court at a later date
