WALTON — Sheriff Craig DuMond announced the arrest of a Walton man for Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree. 

On July 23rd, 2024, Sheriff’s Deputies received a complaint with regards to a dispute between neighbors. As a result of the investigation, Sheriff’s Deputies requested an Arrest Warrant for Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree from the Town of Walton Court. 

On August 7th, 2024, Deputies received an Arrest Warrant and arrested Wayne E Sparling, age 75 of Walton for Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree.  

Wayne E. Sparling was subsequently turned over to the Delaware County Correctional Facility for Centralized Arraignment Processing.
