Sterling Insurance Company is seeking experienced Property and Casualty Underwriters to join our

Qualifications
• Minimum of three years of property and casualty underwriting experience, or agency experience
working directly with carrier underwriters
• Demonstrated ability to analyze risk characteristics, interpret coverage forms and apply
underwriting guidelines
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• The highest standards of integrity and ethics
• Insurance designations such as Associate in Insurance (AINS), Associate in Underwriting (AU), or
Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or comparable insurance education
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree

Compensation Range
The starting base salary range for these positions is $50,000 to $80,000+, with final compensation
determined by relevant experience, expertise, qualifications, and education.
