Welcome to Hubbell Family Farms
Family owned and operated since 1848, Hubbell Family Farms offers a range of seasonal products including grass fed and finished Scottish Highland Beef, pasture-raised Berkshire Pork, Pure New York State maple syrup, local honey, farm-fresh eggs, and we custom-press your apples into apple cider. With over 50 years experience, Hubbell Family Farm knows how to produce maple syrup, press apples into apple cider, and raise beef and pork ethically and sustainably. All our meat is USDA certified.

Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm (closed 12pm-1pm for lunch) | Saturdays: 9am-4pm | Sundays: Closed

Cider Mill
Most of the equipment in our cider mill dates between 1870 and 1910, and it's a real treat to operate it every fall! Apple pressing normally occurs on Saturday mornings during the month of October. This year we expect a lot of apples in our region and we will be opening early! Our opening day will be the last Saturday in September, the 26th. We press apples by appointment only!
Our Products
Seasonal Produce: We have several varieties of locally-grown vegetables and fruits that are available at our farm stand when in season.
Farm Fresh Eggs: We raise Heritage Breed Chickens that provide farm fresh eggs of dark brown and green colors.
Maple Syrup boiled on a wood-fired evaporator. We offer Maple Cream, Maple Candy and Bourbon Barrel Maple Syrup in addition to Regular Maple Syrup.
Merch: Get your Hubbell Family Farm specialty items! We have custom mugs, a highland cow stuffed animal and custom magnets!
Farm Raised Meat: lean, grass-fed Highlander Beef and well-marbled, heritage breed Berkshire Pork.
